Painting Plastics
This course is designed to assist technicians on how to identify and refinish plastic components using PPG Paint Systems. It includes a PPG refinish systems and hands on class using PPG’s family of products. This course may be used to attain bronze level or higher in the PPG levels programme.

Who Should Attend: Shop technicians.
Course Objective: To acquaint technicians with PPG’s refinishing systems for painting plastics and the latest application techniques.
Course Length: Half - 1 Day

- Correct Primer choices per substrate
- UV Primer on plastics
- Overall plastic repair procedures
- DELTRON® GRS Topcoats and additives
- Picking the best product system for your shop
Course Cost: $100+gst - Costs will cover material used and food provided
Note: Students will receive Certificate of Completion. Lunch & refreshments will be provided. Students will be required to bring safety boots, spray overalls and if possible air-fed masks.
