PDI - Defect Removal
This course will cover the correct methods and techniques required for the effective removal of sanding scratches and blemishes from single stage, basecoat/clearcoat and tri-coat colours. This course is theory and hands-on intensive. It will cover the correct use of pre-polishing using PPG’s Mirka abrasives. It will also cover the correct use of PPG’s SYSTEM ONE polishing process in depth.

Who Should Attend: OEM Dealership Staff , detailers, bodyshop technicians/owners/managers.
Course Objective: To give participants a higher understanding of defect removal techniques and methods involved in polishing.
Course Length: Half - 1 Day

Course Cost: $100+gst - Costs will cover material used and food provided
Note: Students will receive a Certificate of Completion. Lunch, refreshments supplied each day. students will be required to bring safety boots, spray overalls and if possible air-fed masks.
