Since being established in 1883, as the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Co., PPG has been a trusted supplier of innovative technologies and solutions to consumers around the globe. For more than 135 years, this has seen PPG products play key roles in an extraordinary variety of industries and applications. From cars, trucks and motorcycles to aircraft, ships, homes and commercial structures, you will find PPG products being used to protect and beautify. We even play a part in the creation of everyday items, such as sports shoes, whitegoods, tennis rackets and beverage containers!
Today, PPG is the world’s leading coatings and specialty products company offering a vast and diverse range that includes automotive OEM and refinish coatings, protective and decorative paints, sealants, adhesives, metal pre-treatment products, aircraft cockpit and cabin windows, fibreglass products and industrial and speciality chemicals.
