DELTRON® GRS Advanced

This intense programme will provide training in the complete Bodyshop Process using the DELTRON^® GRS product line. This program is tailored for individual needs. It will introduce ways to maximise the efficiency of the high productivity collision centre. The training session shows technicians how this simple but powerful product system will enhance their performance in the paint department. They will be able to do high quality repairs on literally any car produced in the world using the Global approach. They will also be introduced to dustless sanding, infra-red, and H.V.L.P equipment and how it can help with cycle times and overall throughput. This course is and maybe used to attain silver level or higher in the PPG levels programme.

Who Should Attend: Technicians from shops using the DELTRON^® Global Refinish System wanting to maximise efficiencies or technicians participating in the MVP Programme. Bodyshop owners/managers.

Course Objective: To acquaint technicians with the complete Bodyshop Process using DELTRON^® GRS products and how it can help increase paint department efficiency.

Course Length: 1-2 Days

Course Cost: $100 - Costs will cover material used and food provided

Note: Students will be required to bring safety boots, spray overalls and if possible air-fed masks.
